Custom Rohnert Park Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Rohnert Park, CA and surrounding communities. Services include spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related work as described in individual project quotes. All services are performed by or under the supervision of licensed personnel in accordance with applicable California building codes and energy efficiency standards.
Initial estimates are provided free of charge following an on-site assessment. All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. An estimate is not a binding contract. A signed written agreement or work authorization is required before any services begin.
Final pricing may differ from the initial estimate if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work - for example, damaged framing, hidden moisture, or additional access requirements. We will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original scope or price.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a scheduling fee to cover crew costs and lost time, at our discretion.
We reserve the right to reschedule services in the event of severe weather, equipment failure, or other conditions outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible and work with you to find an alternative time.
You agree to provide our crew with safe, clear access to the areas where work is scheduled. This includes clearing storage from attic hatches, crawl space entries, and work zones as instructed. You also agree to vacate the premises (along with pets and other occupants) during spray foam installation and for the required ventilation period, typically 24 hours, as specified before work begins.
Failure to provide the agreed access or occupancy conditions may result in delays or additional charges. We are not responsible for damage to items left in work areas that were not cleared as instructed.
Payment terms are specified in your written project agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects, with the balance due upon completion. For smaller jobs, full payment may be due at completion. Accepted payment methods will be stated in your agreement.
Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services on accounts with outstanding balances.
We warrant that our workmanship will be free from defects caused by improper installation for a period of one year from the date of project completion, unless a different term is specified in your written agreement. This warranty covers defects directly attributable to our installation work and does not cover damage caused by subsequent construction activity, water intrusion from sources unrelated to the insulation, pest infestation, or normal wear.
Manufacturer warranties on insulation materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by each manufacturer's terms. We will assist you in submitting a valid manufacturer warranty claim where applicable.
Except for the express workmanship warranty stated above, our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties - express, implied, statutory, or otherwise - regarding any particular energy savings outcome, comfort level, or reduction in utility costs, as those results depend on factors outside our control, including your home's construction, occupancy habits, HVAC system performance, and utility rate changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Rohnert Park Insulation and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services performed or the use of our website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, loss of use, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
